We arrived at the Soldier Floor and saw some Soldier Operatives hanging around on that floor. As Zack and I were passing by, some of them were looking since our relationship wasn't secret anymore. I blushed when they were making a big deal out of it. So what if Zack has a girlfriend? I think he totally deserves to have a girlfriend, but not a girl like me. Why did he chose me in the first place out of half of the population being female? Could it be I'm manipulating him to love me like a puppet? No, I must stop it. Looking at me having sad made Zack wonder what was occupying my mind so much. Then I began to think to myself. The first mission Zack was sent to in the game is to Wutai. Is that mean I can predict the future since I know the entire game plot? Does that mean Zack will meet up with Aerith and fall in love with her? I figured. Great, I have to stop my feelings before I get hurt from this relationship. I cannot let myself ruin the destined relationship. I'm just nothing, but a leech or life ruiner or I don't know what am I anymore. I was just dead confused. I know Zack kissed me, but why am I still confused? I woke up from my train of thoughts when I felt Zack's lips pressing against my forehead. My eyes widen as I saw his neck in front of me. Kimmy awwwed seeing as how sweet he was to me. I still looked away; I needed to talk to Kimmy about this some other time.

"You are pale again," Zack said looking at my face. "Are you going to be okay tonight?"
"I'll be fine. Trust me," I said smiling. "Just worried about something."
"Worried?" Zack looked at me. "You can tell me about it if you want."
"I think I know what's making you worried," Kimmy said walking up closer to me.
"I want to know!" Zack said as Kimmy and I got closer enough to whisper to one another.
"Is it about... the future events?" Kimmy asked.
"Yeah," I looked away.
"You can always change it," Kimmy whispered back.
"I rather not," I sighed as I looked away.
"Change what?" Zack said hearing our whispers.
"Gahhhhh!" Kimmy and I said looking at Zack all squatting down to hear our talking. "Aurora, I believe you promised me not to hide anything from me."
"..." both of us remained silent not knowing what to say.
"I'll tell you after the assignment," I said grabbing the fan.
"Fine. I'll wait," Zack said as he sat down on the steps.

Kimmy then grabbed her boombox to put on the CD for the music. When the CD began to play, a different music came out. "Floor Filla" by A*Teens was the first song of the CD where the background music for Chinese Dance was. Kimmy and I are the same when it came to dancing. We nodded at one another and began to dance. Zack watched as we were dancing exactly the same with one another. He smiled as the dancing made me back to my usual self instead of being worried with things. The music was loud enough for other Soldiers on the floor to hear. The other Soldier members came towards us to see what we were doing. They watched us dancing as well. I know the world in Crisis Core was different from our world, which was heavily influenced by the pop culture. It is interesting how two different worlds are fused and how it is perfectly fine the way it is. Kimmy quickly changed the track so I can practice for tonight. Holding the fan, I started to dance around in circles with half of my face covered by the opened fan. This was how passionate I was towards music or dancing. Without them I don't know how I'm going to survive my life. That is why I wanted to win the dance battle to Valerie since I won't be living my ordinary life if I lose. But since I'll be spending more time with Zack if I lose to the dance battle, it won't be so bad, but still I won't be living my ordinary life. Kimmy corrected me in couple of spots to make the dance more interesting and smooth. I sat besides Zack after the practice was over. Kimmy told me I'm going to practice once more after dinner with the clothes on.

"I feel like I have become those female spies like in the movie," I said leaning my head against Zack.
"I guess you are a spy already," Kimmy said.
"But I won't be seeing Zack fighting," I sighed.
"I might follow my uncle tonight and video tape it for you," Kimmy said smiling. "You don't mind right, Zack?"
"Well I guess," he scratched his neck.
"I can't wait to see it!" I said looking at Zack.
"You don't have to get all excited," Zack said looking away blushed.
"I'm excited," I said poking Zack's cheek. "I get to see you fighting in a real mission. I bet those Wutai people are going to be scared cause Zack is going to kick their butts."
"Yeah I'll show them," Zack said tightening his fist.

Kimmy asked see if we can borrow Zack's room to change. Zack didn't mind, but he told us not to make his room messy. We nodded and ran off to his room. The reason why Kimmy wanted to borrow Zack's room was silly. She told me that wearing the dress will make me cold. When I looked at the silk dress I could tell that I'm going to be cold at night. Kimmy helped me dress up in my dress, but I felt uncomfortable looking at myself in the mirror. I did not fit such fitting dress because I wasn't skinny enough to wear this. I was just ordinary; not too fat, not too skinny, but I did not had the right body for this kind of fitting dress. I looked around the room while Kimmy was doing my hair. I wondered why he decided to join Soldier while he can have fun like me and others. Killing monsters and fighting people... does he really like that kind of living style? I guess guys like that kind of live style more than girls. After my hair was done, Kimmy opened Zack's closet and pulled out a black jacket that went along with my white dress with black flower prints. Yes, this is the reason why Kimmy wanted to use Zack's room as a changing place; just to "steal" one of his jacket without his permission. When I came out wearing a huge jacket, Zack was waiting against the wall. He was surprised when he saw me borrowing his jacket to keep myself warm. I thanked Kimmy for helping me getting dressed up. Zack and I walked to the briefing room to meet up with Angeal and Director to discuss about the assignment. As we walked in, I saw a familiar scene; it was exactly like the game except I was there.

"You guys are early," Angeal said sitting on the chair.
"Yeah," Zack smiled. "Don't want to mess up on my real first assignment."
"Looks like somebody's all hyped up," I said giggling.
"Let's begin," The director said clicking his mouse on the computer showing us the screen.
"Genesis," I said to myself.
"You know him?" Zack looked at me in surprise.
"Yeah," I said. "One of the famous first class Soldier. He is obsessed with this epic poem call Loveless. I attempted to read it once."
"What you said is indeed correct," the director said sitting down. "He disappeared after being sent to Wutai. That is why we are sending you, Zack."
"Alright! I'll handle it in no time," Zack said being confident as usual.
"Angeal also recommanded you for first," the director showed interest. "Seems like you are growing up to be a fine fighter."
"Me? For first? Hahaha... Angeal!!!! I love you man!!!!" There I saw Zack's hyper glomping scene in live.
"Don't make me regret my decision, Zack," Angeal pushed Zack away.
"Did you hear that Aurora?" He said looking back at me.
"Good for you, Zack," I smiled seeing how happy he was.

After a brief pause, the four of us moved out to begin the assignment. I was nervous this wasn't a game anymore. Upon arriving, Zack carried me on his shoulder while running towards the fortress. While walking, like in the game, Angeal mentioned about dumpapples to Zack. Of course Zack had no idea, but I said about Banora white to Angeal. Zack poked my cheek and told me that I was cheating. He thinks I know many things since I'm a student who study. I guess he felt uncomfortable whenever I seem to know more things than he does. The fortress was very pretty to me built in Ancient Chinese style. Wutai sounded Chinese to me as well. So is it basically a war between Japan and China??? I giggled at my stupid analysis. Zack wondered why I was giggling by myself all of a sudden and he asked I cared to share with him. I told him a little lie that I imagined him in a puppy suit and barking like a puppy. That made Angeal laugh. I was happy that I made Angeal laugh, but of course Zack did not find it funny. I enjoyed listening to the two of them talking while waiting for B unit's signal. I was getting nervous as the time ticked. We are the signal and I saw Zack going off to inflitrate the fortress. I prayed for his safety even though I knew the outcome. Angeal then carried me to the main gate of the palace. He told me to act natural and not to be scared before letting me go to grab the guard's attention. I smiled as I walked towards the main gate the guards pointed their spear at me when I approached them. I asked kindly if they could guide me to the performing stage. The guards kindly accepted my request and walked with me.

It was stupid how the gate was left open for Angeal to come in easily, but that was part of the plan so I guess it's alright. I saw a lot of older gentleman when I entered the performing hall. They were busy partying while drinking and chatting. As they saw me, they were curious of what I was about to do. There were group of musicians who played a soothing tune for me to warm up. I took the jacket off and grabbed my fan. The crowd was getting excited as a young girl was walking on the stage wearing a bright white dress with a fan. As I looked around, I saw a fairly young guy showing interest in me. He looked around 18 years old and he had a bright silver eyes. I blushed as his eyes were fixed on me. I decided to ignore since I was already being loved by the best guy in the world. He's too perfect that no guys would replace him so easily. I wonder how is Zack doing? I bet he is running like a wind killing all the obstacles in front of him. My hero...

"Aachoo!!!" Zack sneezed randomly after fighting the 5th group while going to the central area. "I think someone's talking about me badly... I wonder who???"

Anyhow back to where I was. As the music started, I began to move around covering half of my face with the fan. The crowd looked as my eyes shined to the light. In the middle of the song, I began to sing letting my voice out. The crowd was getting drunk. Was it because of my voice? I did not think so since they were drinking like crazy. But it was bothering how that young guy was keep staring at me. Why was I showing interest in him? I started to think about it while the dance was about to be over. After I was done, the young guy stood up and clapped trying to make eye contact with me. I looked away trying not to make eye contact with him. When I tried to walk out of the performing area, the young guy followed me and pushed me against the wall. He then took out a knife with green colored blade; it was poisonous blade. My eyes widen since I did not had any weapon or anything. He gently leaned against me and spoke.

"Aurora," he said looking me into my eyes.
"You... Chris..." my eyes widen when I saw my old classmate. "What are you doing here?"
"What do you mean?" he grinned. "I used the forbidden spell of the Ancient ruins to bring the worlds together. I became the heir of this place. So you are working for Shinra? I'm pretty disappointed that you would be on the other side."
"So you are the one who fused the worlds together?" I said. "Well I should thank you for that."
"I've done it for your beneficial," he said bowing. "Still going to reject me even though I saved your life many times?"
"To tell the truth," I said relaxing a bit. "I never loved you in the first place. You think I would love someone who can flirt around with 20 other girls? Think again."
"But," he leaned closer to me. "I was also popular as you were back then. I wish I should have known that you were going to be a singer."
"It doesn't matter now," I said pushing him away with my foot. "I already have a boyfriend and he is ten times I mean million times better than you!"
"Don't worry," he said with his silver eyes glowing. "I set up traps into the central room with anti soldier monsters. I wonder how smart he would be... I have hit one of the strongest monster in that room and of course he will encouter after being all exhausted."
"I'm sure he can do it," I smiled. "I have faith in him."
"You are same as usual, Aurora," he chuckled. "I wonder if you can keep up the relationship with him when the world defuses again."
"What do you mean the world being defused again?" I said being confused.
"You still can't figure out?," he said throwing the knife right next to my cheek making a slash mark on my cheek. "Wake up from your dreams Aurora! The Anti Shinra group are trying to defuse the world so they can have your other half. You are bringing everyone into danger if you let that happen. The world has to be defused, but you have to completely wake yourself up before the world being defused. "
"I'm not dreaming," I said letting my blood come down my cheek. "My memories are all hazy, I don't know how to wake myself up."
"Should I tell you?" Chris said as he walked closer to me. "About your past? How you were created? That will trigger something."
"I... don't remember anything about my past," I said as he pulled out his knife from the wall.
"Of course you don't remember," he said. "When the tower in Modeoheim was activated, you were divided into two entities. When the worlds fused you were back to one entity and that's why your memories are foggy."
"How do you know so much?" I asked.
"Because am not human," he said slowly disappearing. "We will meet again, Aurora. You have company standing behind you."
"WAIT!!!!!" I shouted out when he disappeared. "Chris... the guardian of the Worlds..."
