"What? Aurora's not at home?" Zack said to Kimmy who was worried.
"I rang her door bell couple of times, but no answer," Kimmy said. "She isn't picking up her cellphone either."
"She asked me to go with her to the Church this morning," he said.
"Maybe she'll be at the Church waiting for you," Kimmy said. "Me and the band members are going to split to look for her around sector 8 and 5. I'll give you my phone number so you can call us if you find her at the Church."
"Alright," Zack said getting up. "Call me if something's up."
"Got it," Kimmy said as she saw Zack running out of his room.
"Just where are you Aurora making everyone worry?" Zack thought to himself.

I heard humming sound when I was gaining my consciousness. When I opened my eyes, I saw a familiar looking girl watering the flowers. It was Aerith who was humming and watering the flowers. When she heard me getting up, she looked back and smiled. I got up and thanked her for putting blanket on me. She told me that the blanket was on me when she came to Church this morning. I wondered whose blanket it was, but I feel grateful that someone was caring enough to put it on me. When she was asking for my name, I released my wings. I heard footsteps running towards the Church. It was Zack since I heard him screaming out my name while I was running. I looked at Aerith and told her not to tell anything about me to a guy who run inside. She nodded as I flew up and sat on one of the bars near the ceiling. Aerith carefully put the feathers from my wings under the blanket. She was nice enough to cover that for me. I watched from above as Zack ran into the Church panting. Then his eyes were fixed on Aerith taking care of the flowers in the middle of the Church. He walked towards her in a curious way. Aerith looked up at Zack looking at the flowers growing.

"It's rare to see flowers growing in Midgar," he said looking at them carefully. "You did this?"
"Yes," Aerith said watering the flowers.
"Oh yeah!" Zack suddenly said looking at Aerith. "Have you seen a little girl with black hair and bright blue eyes?"
"I...." Aerith looked away. "Have no idea who you are talking about."
"Where in the world is she???" Zack sighed.
"Do you need some help searching for her?" Aerith asked worried a little.
"That would be great if you could help me," Zack said pulling his hand out. "I'm Zack, you are?"
"I'm Aerith," she smiled at him. "We should search around Sector 5."
"Yeah," he said beginning to walk out. "Thanks for helping me again, Aerith."
"No problem," she said following him out while looking at where I was sitting.
"Something matter?" Zack wondered.
"No, nothing," she said following him out.
"Plan worked," I said as I dialed Kimmy's number on my cellphone.
"AURORA!!!!!" Kimmy answered the phone. "Where in the world are you???"
"At the Church," I said. "You are searching for me too?"
"Wait! Zack went to the Church... I think I have to let him know that you are at the," I cut Kimmy.
"Don't bother," I said with the relaxed tone. "Gather everyone in front of the fountain. I have to tell you guys something."
"Alright," Kimmy said. "Should I call Zack that you are at the Church?"
"Don't bother," I said standing up spreading my wings out. "He... is enjoying his date with a special girl."
"Aurora... you..." Kimmy's voice faded.
"Just meet me at the fountain," I smiled and hung up.

I flew up into the sky letting my bright blue colored feather drop on the ground. I saw Zack and Aerith walking in the market place while I was passing by. I ignored the sight and went on. Zack saw the bright blue colored feather coming down in front of him. He grabbed the feather and looked up to see if I was up there, but nothing was up there except the dark covered sky. He wondered why he was feeling empty inside all of a sudden looking at the feather. It was because Chris deleted his feelings of me as I asked him last night. Aerith asked if something was wrong since Zack became quiet as the feathers dropped on the ground. He smiled and told her nothing. He was thinking why I was running away from him or hiding from him. I saw Kimmy and others waiting for me at the fountain. I landed in front of them and hide my wings. When I turned around, my friends were looking at me with their worried face. I wondered why they were worried about me. I stood in front of them and announnced something important.

"Normal?" Everyone said.
"Yes! The worlds will be defused and everything will be back to normal," I said.
"But Aurora," Saori said. "That means you won't be able to see Zack anymore."
"It doesn't matter," I smiled. "He's with his destined girlfriend right now anyways."
"You mean Aerith?" Jamie was shocked. "I didn't see her when I checked the Church before... Argggg...."
"It was me who got them together," I said to Jamie. "Don't worry about it."
"But why?" Tina asked. "You love him, don't you?"
"The worlds have to turn normal no matter what!" I said. "Whether I like it or not, the flow of the world have to return to its normal state. I want to stay like this forever and be loved by my dream boyfriend and do the things I want to do. You know how I am in our world, being chased around by reporters and stuff."
"And the faking guys who just want you to be famous," Kimmy sighed. "It made us all happy to see you being happy and smiling a lot for real. You always pretend that you are happy."
"Yeah I was able to smile and laugh for real," I said looking up at the sky. "It's all thanks to..."
"Aurora..." Kimmy looked at me as tears came down my cheek.
"I asked Chris a favor," I said with my crying voice. "To delete his feelings towards me and... let the memories of me fade slowly from his mind... Soon or later... he is going to forget about me. I had no choice, but to manipulate his mind like that."
"We understand Aurora," Jamie hugged me tightly. "Nobody can be as strong as you are."

I then ran to the nearest bathroom to change my clothes into the uniform to see how it looks. I wanted to try it out in front of Kimmy since she modify it to fit me nicely. It was definitely different from the uniform guys wear. The shirt had short sleeves and it was short showing my belly button. The thick brown straps with the shoulder pads were connected to the my pants instead of being connected to a huge belt that goes around the stomach. The pants were long like baggy pants, but I know that I can always fold it to make it the right length. I walked out without having my shoulder pads on. When I walked out, my friends were surprised how good it looked except the shirt being short was uncomfortable for me. The towns people were looking at me in a weird way since I was wearing a first class Soldier uniform. The real reason for us meeting was to prepare for the dance competition with Valerie not for that announcement, but I wanted to get it out so I don't have to suffer by myself. They were glad that I told them since they were sick and tired of me hiding things from them. Kimmy got her boombox and turned it on. To my surprise, the track playing was "Memories of Beach" from famous Korean game call "DJ Max" and it wasn't for a group. To the beat, I started to do freestyle dancing. While I was dancing Aaron joined me to be my partner. It was as if we were in a dance floor. The crowd gathered around to watch me dance. Whenever my eyes are open they would find it interesting to see a girl having the Mako filled eyes. While dancing, I saw Aerith and Zack walking towards where the crowd was gathered around. When he and Aerith came to the front, they saw me dancing with my friends to different tunes. Kimmy turned off the Boombox when the song we were dancing to was over. Zack walked towards me giving me that sweet smile.

"There you are, my dancing queen," he said looking at me. "The uniform really fits you nicely."
"I'm sorry," Aerith said bowing to me. "He was asking where you were so I helped him find you."
"No need to appologize," I said smiling.
"Why are you hiding from me? We promised to go to the Church together today," he said showing little bit of anger towards my sudden behavior change.
"The truth is..." he hugged me tightly before I continue making my flow of words stop.
"Don't ever do this again!!! It makes me worried so much! What if you got into trouble or something??? Are you going to say sorry even after you died?" He said hugging me tightly.
"Don't tell me," I said to myself as I heard what Chris told me last night.
"My magic only works if the person accepts it. If his heart denies, I cannot do," Chris's voice echoed in my mind.
"I'm sorry," I said looking away. "I cannot tell you why I did this. It was for..."
"We will talk later," Zack said turning to Aerith. "Stay here while I walk her back to the Church."
"Alright," I said as he began to walk away with Aerith. "Shall we hit the Arcade?"
"Aurora!" Kimmy said having her hands to the side. "Zack told you to stay here and therefore we are staying here."
"Since when you were his friends?" I said turning around looking at Kimmy.
"Running away from him isn't the solution Aurora!" Kimmy said looking at me. "Either you tell him the truth or do as he tell you to do. If I were you, I would tell him the truth even if it hurts both of you."

Like I said before, telling the truth was hard for me. I did not know how to explain the truth to him. I did not know what to tell him because I could not think straight in my mind. The truth was simple: the worlds will defuse and I won't see you so I'm putting you (Zack) together with another girl who is better than me and who can take care of you in times of need and trouble. But I did not know how and where to start on telling him. Should I just wait till the world defuse and let him figure out on his own that I'm not here anymore? I looked back at my friends waiting for me to say something. My face was too pale that some of them were already worried about me. I wished the world did not fused in the first place. That means I would have not met Zack and I would be just a normal high school student who is a locally famous singer and pianist. I would have won a lot of competition by now and would have achieved my dreams of becoming a famous pianist. I felt someone touching my shoulder. I looked up and it was Miles looking down at me. My eyes turned to Kimmy who was worried about me.

"Let's hit the Arcade like you said," Miles said. "You and I, deal?"
"I'll tell Zack that you went to Arcade to forget about something," Kimmy told me.
"You sure?" I asked.
"Yeah," Miles said pushing me towards the Arcade. "Let's go do some Para Para. You like doing that eh?"
"Sure," I said forming a smile on my face.

Miles and I stood in front of the machine and began to dance to the beats while hitting the notes. Miles was having a hard time since he isn't freestyle dancer. He was too used to DDR with the arrows and steppings. As for me I was a free style dancer who start to dance as I tell my body to. While dancing, I realized how I was missing the old days before the fusion of the world even though I got to meet the boyfriend of my dreams. The usual days of high school student with finals, giggling during lunch period, and of course weekend hang outs. I have realized coming into this world made all those fun times disappear because of fusing with my other half. Because of my other half, I got myself involved with Soldier and now instead of being a typical high school student, I have become a fighter who protects people. I'm happy that I have more time to hang out with Zack, but that meant I cannot do the usual things I like doing. It was a sacrifice I'm making to be with someone whom I really love, but does the things I love doing that important to give up to be with someone I really love? I did not think so in fact I cannot give up part of my life to be with someone whom I love. Battlefield was not the place where I belong. The stage with crowd cheering and screaming was where I belong hitting the piano keys with my fingers. When I was done thinking, I have realized that the game as already over and Miles was laughing how I was dancing without music until I was done with thinking. Then I saw Zack standing behind me giving me that smile as usual. What did that smile meant? I have not figured out all these time I spent with him. He asked if I could come with him to his room to talk about many things. I was scared of him being serious for the first time. I smiled as I grabbed my belongings an followed him. After that long thinking process, I was ready to tell him the truth, but it was different once I entered his room. He sat on the couch and asked me to sit by him after putting my things down against the wall. I sat next to him, but not close to him. He looked at me showing sorrowful expression. What was wrong with him?

"Just tell me," I smiled. "You know you can trust me with anything."
"I..." he looked down at his hands resting on his thighs. "Met him last night."
"Chris?" I asked looking at him.
"He told me your intensions," he said smiling. "He told me, you wanted to bring me to Church to introduce me to Aerith. Because the world will be defusing, you asked him to delete memories of you and my feelings for you. Do you always think of yourself as nothing?"
"..." I remained silent.

I could not believe Chris already told him about everything. I did not know what to tell him because I was feeling guilty since Chris told Zack everything about my intension and plan. I know I deserved any punishment since I was trying to manipulate him. I felt like the time was slowing down as I was drifting through my train of thoughts again to solve this problem as smooth as possible.
