Getting to know "him" -part 1-

Jean finally arrived at his house and opened his apartment door slowly and turned on the lights that aren't bright so he won't wake up Ji-Hee. Even though you can say Jean is a bad-ass guy just by his actions at school, he acts totally different at home. He is just like ordinary teenager boys: do homework, cook his own meal, clean his room, you name it. He just acts like that outside just because he wants to be one of those "cool" guys. Jean walked into his room. His room was huge with his giant bed, desk with filed up textbooks, window with bright city views, a sofa that is big enough for him to sleep on, and a small TV with gaming systems laid near by. He first put Ji-Hee on his bed and put his bagpack down by his desk. He then looked at Ji-Hee's shirt all dyed in red due to her bleeding.

"Dang, those guys are stupid enough to beat her until she is knocked down. Look at all this blood. She must have lost a lot of blood. I know its perverted, but I think I should change her shirt into one of mine." Jean murmured to himself walking to his closet.

Jean went to the bathroom and grab a towel so he could wipe Ji-Hee's blood on her body. He was used to this looking at girl's body thing because he had two female cousins and he didn't mind looking at them wearing their underwears only. He took off Ji-Hee's bloody shirt and put it in his laundry basket and put the basket next to the washing machine. Then he wiped all of the blood on her body with a wet towel. To him, Ji-Hee was really pale the way she was lying made him think of a dead person. He quickly grabbed one of his shirt and put it on her so she could be warm. He carefully lifted Ji-Hee then put her under the blanket so she would not wake up in the middle of the night being cold. Jean laughed when he saw Ji-Hee wearing his shirt because it was too big for her.

Man oh man, what is this little girl doing in our school anyway? How did she even get in our school? Wow, she is so tiny, I mean look at her hand compare to mine. I'm sure a giant compare to her. I wonder why I haven't seen her before. Oh well, I'm uncomfortable in this uniform, I think I better change.

Jean opened his closet again and pulled out one of his comfortable jean. He changed pants and took of his shirt and throw them on the ground. He then lay on his couch and looked at his bed where Ji-Hee was sleeping. He heard her tiny breathing, her movements, and her little tiny sleep talk. He smiled and looked at the ceiling and thought about what happened at school during break time. Fay yelled at him again and he has done it again. The only reason why he picked on girls was because he wanted to get popular, but his thinking was wrong because girls did not liked getting picked on. He thought about it for second and thought having Ji-Hee for couple of days until she gets recovered is actually a good idea for him to improve as a toughest senior guy at the high school. While thinking
about all that, he slowly fall asleep started snoring out loud.

The morning shined brightly and it was Thesday morning. Fay came by to check on how Ji-Hee is in the morning. Because Ji-Hee was still unconcious, Fay told Jean to go to school so she could look after her. Being underestimated, Jean stood up in front of Fay, and told her that he knows how to take care little girls so he is going to stay home. Fay sighed and agreed to Jean because some mornings Jean is scary and goes wild. Before Fay walked away, Jean hurried to his desk to grab his homeworks. He asked nicely to Fay to turn in his homework and get his homework for him. Fay kindly accepted his favor and told him that she will copy her notes for him as well.

See, Jean can be a sweetie sometimes. Why wouldn't he act like that at school. He would be much popular if he acts like this at school. Fay thought while walking to school.

After Jean saw Fay going to school, he slowly came inside and lay down on his couch again to go back to sleep. He looked at Ji-Hee again and sighed. Ji-Hee kept on breathing but never woke up. Facing the ceiling again, Jean thought about breakfast menu since he has a guest over. He was also worried about his behaviors because he never act this soft at school and Ji-Hee might find it weird seeing him acting all differently. But since Ji-Hee has crush on him, she actually might like it. Who knows? Only Ji-Hee might know how she would feel. Jean slowly closed his eyes and fall asleep again.

Few hours later at 9:00 AM, Ji-Hee woke up and started looking around. She didn't recognize the place at all. It wasn't her house, well too boyish to be her room. Then she heard snoring, so she looked at the direction and was frightened. She never been to a boy's room before. When she found clothes uncomfortable, she looked down at the shirt she was wearing. It was too big for her that she felt like she was wearing a dress. She got off her bed and walked towards where the guy was sleeping. When she saw his face, she slowly backed up.

Blonde hair, piercings, tall, muscular... It's Lan's cousin, Jean!!!! Wait, why am I at his house? Ji-Hee thought while slowly walking backwards. Then she tripped.
"What? Huh? What just fell?" Jean slowly woke up and looked around.
"Oww...." Ji-Hee was rubbing her head.
"You woke up?" Jean asked.
"Yes, why am I at your house though?" Ji-Hee asked.
"You forgot what happened last night? You were with the other highschool guys. When I came to scare them off, you were already unconcious. Glad that your wounds weren't that serious." Jean said stretching himself.
"Th...ank.... You.." Ji-Hee said kinda blushing looking at Jean shirtless.
"No prob, hey! You have a fever or somethin? Let me grab the thermometer." Jean ran downstairs to a cabinet where he keep all his medicines.

While Jean went downstairs to grab the thermometer, Ji-Hee stood there speechless. Since he was acting so much different at home, she was wondering if Jean has a twin brother or not. She heard him coming upstairs whistling and walking all normal. At school, he walked like those gangster guys at street, but at home, he was like other guys. He asked Ji-Hee to sit on the couch then he handed the thermometer to Ji-Hee to measure her temperature. While she was biting the thermometer, he slowly kneeled down close to her and put his hand on her forehead. Ji-Hee's heart beated faster and louder each second when he examine her carefully. Blushed even more, she looked down to hide her face all dyed in red.

"You alright? What's wrong?" Jean asked with his sweet voice.
"No...nothing... just...heh... heh...." Ji-Hee doesn't know what to say.
"Strange, you don't have a fever. You are perfectly fine." Jean said. "Its hard for you to move around so stay here. I'll bring you something to eat."
"O...okay.. thank you.." Ji-Hee looked down again blushed red.

Jean was worried now because he doesn't know what to cook for Ji-Hee. He did not want to ask her what she wanted to eat. Ji-Hee was in Jean's room looking around his things. To her, everything in his room were big and huge. She felt like a migit in his room feeling awkward being tiny. She then saw picture frames on his desk. When saw them, she saw Lan, Fay, and him together smiling happily. Everyone in the picture looked younger than present, the year was labed to be 2 years ago. Ji-Hee was amazed how Jean changed over 2 years. That smiling sophomore boy turned into school's number one gangster having piercings.

After thinking about 10 minutes, Jean decided to cook Ji-Hee some kind of soup and get some bread. He opened the notebook that Fay made for him before he leave his home. Fay was really nice to him even though he is mean to her sometimes. Fay was nice to everyone she knew. Everyone envied Fay for her personality. She was just too kind and nice didn't know how to reject anyone. Jean slowly flipped through the book and finally found a suitable soup he could actually cook. Ji-Hee carefully came out of Jean's room and slowly quietly came downstairs. She saw him cooking and humming. She found it really interesting how guys can be so much different outside of their house. She quietly came next to Jean and looked up at him and asked.

"Do you need help with anything?" Ji-Hee asked.
"Oh, you. I thought I told you to stay up in my room. An injured little girl like you walking around isn't going to help you recover. I don't need help, go lie down." Jean said turning off the stove.
"But I want to help... I don't like being served." Ji-Hee said politely.
"Served? Man, little girls like you really makes me puzzled. Never listen to big people. I mean why?" Jean started pouring soup into bowls.
"Well, I just like helping that's all." Ji-Hee replay.
"You go lie in bed, that is the only way to help me." Jean said putting the bowls on the tray.
"Okay..." Ji-Hee said walking towards the stairs.
"You drink water or any preferred juice?" He asked opening the fridge.
"Anything would be fine, thank you." Ji-Hee walked upstairs.

Just now, Jean noticed that he wasn't even wearing his shirt. He now figured why Ji-Hee was blushing this whole time and smirked. He slowly carried the tray upstairs to where Ji-Hee was lying down. While sitting on the bed, she was reading Jean's biology book since she loved Biology. Jean found it strange that this freshman girl is reading a senior textbook. To Jean, her eyes were burning with flame of desires. Jean was really scared how flaming she was while reading his biology book.

"Here, your breakfast. Why in the world are you reading my textbook?" Jean took the book away from Ji-Hee.
"Cause I love biology. I want to become a biologist." Ji-Hee said.
"A little girl like you have such huge dreams, I wish I could figure out my dream." Jean said.
"Oh, I always liked nature and wanted to know more about them." Ji-Hee said smiling.
"I see, you are lucky, I wish I could figure out what I want to do with my life." Jean said. "It's kinda stupid right? An older guy like myself is not ready for the upcoming future."
"No, it's not stupid. It is never late to decide your fate." Ji-Hee said putting his book down.
"Can I ask you one weird question? Why are you acting so mature? You are just a little girl." Jean looked at Ji-Hee carefully.
"Well it's a long story and you won't believe if I tell you." Ji-Hee looked down.
"What is it? I'll believe ya." Jean said putting his shirt on.
"Well, my name is Ji-Hee Choi, was in Ja-Youn University of Biology 20 minutes from here. I was 18 years old, but one night my life was rewinded, my body was 12 years old when I woke up. My mom sent me to this city to learn about city life." Ji-Hee said started crying.
"You were in that University?!" Jean said. "Dang! How smart are ya?"
"I was number one in my class when I graduated." Ji-Hee said wiping her tears off.
"Oh my gosh! Are you serious? Ji-Hee... I think I heard that name before." Jean thought about it. "The girl who won the national biology exam! That's you?"
"Well yeah..." Ji-Hee blushed. "But not anymore.. I'm just a little kid now."
"You gotta be kiddin me. Why are you doing in our school? You can just continue going to that University in that form." Jean said trying to make Ji-Hee feel better.
"Well, I can't... Besides, in this height, I think highschool is where I belong." Ji-Hee smiled.
"I see, well it's your choice. anyways, start eating the soup is getting cold. Or do you want me to feed you?" Jean asked trying to grab the spoon.
"No no, it's alright, I can eat by myself." Ji-Hee said blushing again.

Jean watched as Ji-Hee start drinking the soup he made. He was nervous a little cause he never cooked things for other people. When he saw her smiling, he was relieved that she actually likes it. He watch as she ate it, but after about 5 or 6 sips, she dropped her spoon and started shivering. Jean sat in front of Ji-Hee then grabbed the spoon. He put it insidethe soup, filling the spoon with spoon, then put it in front of Ji-Hee's mouth. Ji-Hee opened her mouth and Jean put the spoon inside her mouth. Ji-Hee blushed as Jean feed her. When she was done with the soup, Jean took the tray to the kitchen. After he returned from the kitchen, he put blanket on Ji-Hee and then told her to go to sleep while he work on his project. Ji-Hee watched him hard working on his desk and slowly closed her eyes, hoping she will get better soon.
